Progressive Sports offers a free trial to allow our potential clients to get a better idea of what our program is about and what we offer. When participating in our free trial, you will be placed in one of our sports groups, including athletes who play volleyball, baseball, football, tennis, softball, basketball, and more. During the session a minor evaluation will be performed, giving us an idea of where the athlete stands in ability and physical limitations. Upon completion of the evaluation, the athlete will be placed into a training group for approximately 45 minutes to one hour. This session will include agility, speed, conditioning, sport specific strength, and core strength and stability. If you are interested in general fitness that is not sports specific, we encourage you to try our boot camp sessions for the fitness enthusiast.
